Originally from New Jersey, I moved to South Carolina in 2017 and I love sharing the many reasons why I have never looked back. I bring the same care and determination to real estate that I do to everything I take on. I love hunting the MLS for the perfect homes, tackling DIY projects, and helping clients with interior design and home organization to maximize profits and showcase their home at its best. I guide both buyers and sellers through every step of the process, making it smooth, rewarding, and meaningful.
Before real estate I was a teacher, and one of the most powerful experiences in my life was watching that moment when a student truly “gets it” and they realize they can do something they didn’t think they could. I see the same joy in real estate, witnessing that turning point when a client steps into a home and immediately envisions their life there arranging furniture, imagining evenings in the backyard, picturing family celebrations. Knowing I’ve helped make such a huge difference in someone’s life, guiding them toward a place they can truly call home, is deeply gratifying and keeps me passionate about what I do.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I’d love to be your guide through the process—and help turn those “aha moments” into a home you can truly enjoy and cherish.

Real stories from clients who have worked with Lowcountry Agent.
" She is an asset to anyone and everyone. "
" We have used many realtors in the past across various states in our 25 year history together and Lisa Budge is one of two of the very best we have ever come across. She is honest, hardworking, attentive, knowledgeable, ethical and knows her business. Lisa accomodates to her clients' needs with seemingly little effort and enjoys the processes of learning more about her clients, her business and the market. We actually enjoyed working with her and in full disclosure in that process she became our family friend, welcome in our home 24/7. Additionally, we will be using her services and expertise as a part of our investment team. She is an asset to anyone and everyone who partners with her to achieve their real estate goals. Lisa is number one. " - Patrick B.
